Like most things we do we try to keep everything simple from our sales pages, checkout process, and terms of buying our products.
We do not believe in pages full of confusing terms that most people dont read so we will bullet point what you need to know if you are requesting a refund and how it can be done as well as the terms.
ANYTHING PURCHASED FROM THIS WEBSITE IS BINDING TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM US.
IMPORTANT: If you do not follow our instructions and try to issue a refund directly from your bank or payment providers, you will have broken these terms and we will not refund you. We will also blacklist your email address and Ip’s from our system meaning you will never be able to purchase any of our products.
Asking for a refund
- You must email “hello @ tuberankings.com” explaining why you believe a refund is needed within 7 days of purchase date.
Payment taken twice
- It’s highly unlikely we ever will take a payment twice as you (the customer) controls the checkout process. If for some reason a payment has been duplicated this is LIKELY because YOU added the product to your basket TWICE and not because we’ve manually taken the payment. Our systems are automated. Never the less contact “hello @ tuberankings.com” BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE and we will likely refund one of the payments.
Asking for a refund for non refundable products
Most of our product pages will specify if we offer refunds for the particular purchase.
- If contacted for a refund for one of these products we will only refund you if the product does not do or function the way the salespage states it does.
We are all humans and depending on the circumstances might refund a % of the product which will be decided by Tube Rankings.
